Your registration fee $852.50 (including GST) includes participation at either Nathan or Gold Coast Recruitment and Careers Fair. The registration fee to attend both Nathan and Gold Coast Recruitment and Careers Fairs is $1,501.50 (including GST). There are a large number of students from all disciplines of study at both campuses. Should you require more specific information regarding courses and expected graduate numbers for 2012 please contact our Manager, Employer Liaison and Graduate Promotion on 07 3735 5453 or 07 3735 7470.

Power points are 4 amps. only. To ensure your safety and to provide you with sufficient power, please indicate what equipment you will be bringing to the Careers Fairs(s).

Exhibition booth and furniture

The standard presentation booth is 2.4m wide by 1.2m deep. The "Velcro compatible" booth walls are 2.4m high.

If you select a double booth (below), your organisation will be invoiced for the cost of two booths.

If you have your own backdrop, e.g. Spyder Frame or similar, and do not require a standard presentation booth, please select the first option below. If you require a standard booth, please select the second option below.

Please note: the maximum width of space without a standard booth is 3.1 metres.

Extra standard furniture

Extra furniture is available from the exhibition equipment hirers. We will be pleased to place an order on your behalf. Unfortunately there are GST inclusive fees associated with hiring extra furniture as follows:

Booth signage

A standard organisation name sign is included in your registration fee. It will be fastened to the back wall of your booth.

Exhibition booklet

As a free inclusion, the Careers and Employment Service will produce a 2012 Careers Fair Handbook for distribution to over 5000 final year undergraduates and graduates.

There are three options available to you:

  1. If your organisation attended Griffith University's 2011 Careers Fair and you would like to re-use last year's organisational information in the handbook, select the first option.
  2. If you wish to include your organisational information in this registration form, select the second option then complete the fields below.
  3. If you wish to email your organisational information using the template or example provided, select the third option.

Advertising in the exhibition booklet

We offer the option to advertise your graduate program or your organisation in general in our exhibition booklet. A half or full page advertisement will provide you with the opportunity to showcase a more detailed, branded, full colour advertisement in the booklet.

You will need to be able to supply us with a PDF or EPS version of your advertisement in the correct size by Friday 10 February 2012.

Terms and conditions

Your organisation may withdraw from the 2012 Careers Fair/s without payment provided notice is given in writing to the Careers Fairs organisers by Friday 10 February 2012 via any of the means indicated below.

Your full registration fee will be due and payable if withdrawing after Friday 10 February 2012.
